Your LIB account is separate from your account for other Grand-Bornand ski pass offers.
When you sign up, you create a new account only for tracking your LIB ski pass: you can, of course, use the same username and password as your other account.
1- I sign up online.
2- I receive my LIB ski pass at home or pick it up at the point of sale selected when I signed up.
3- I go skiing without having to go to the ticket office or top up my pass.
4- I can track my usage on my account.
5- I am charged weekly.

Membership can only be purchased online. The membership fee is €17 per member. To join, simply click on the orange “Join” button at the top of the page.
If you were a LIB holder for the 24/25 season, you must renew your membership for the 25/26 winter season.
My Lib will be delivered to my home (within 8 days) or I can pick it up at the ticket office (2 days after signing up, at the Office or Charmieux, depending on my choice when signing up).
Membership is valid from the date of purchase until October 31 of the following year.
When registering, you will need to provide your contact details, add a recent photo, proof of age (except for adults aged 26-64) and a payment method (other than an e-card).
Each year, on November 1, the Pass is automatically renewed.
One month before, you will receive an email to notify you. You can cancel your LIB at any time by sending us an email

You have the option of taking out insurance when you join. Aravis Sécurité rescue insurance is available at €3.50 per day. It will be automatically charged for each day you ski if you choose it when you join.

If you did not sign up for it when you joined, you can also add it by logging into your customer account before using your LIB for the first time.

No, the LIB package is strictly non-transferable, personal, and non-assignable, like all our packages.
It is linked to your customer account and your photo.
Any fraudulent use or lending to a third party will result in charges, with no possibility of reimbursement.

If you purchase before the resort opens (December 13, 2025): your age on the opening date determines your category (adult, youth, child, senior, and veteran).
If you purchase after the resort opens, your category will automatically adjust based on your birthday and membership date.
Your age category is automatically updated on your birthday.
As a result, the billing rate applied is recalculated according to the new category.
R: Every time you ski, you will receive an email summarizing your day of skiing.
By logging into your personal account, clicking on the “Log in” button at the top of the page, and entering your email address and password created specifically for the LIB, you can find details of your days of skiing and your payments.

Membership fees are charged at the time of registration.
Your skiing days are then grouped together by week, from Monday to Sunday, and charged to the primary account holder's bank account on the following Monday.
R: If you forget, lose, or have your pass stolen, do not purchase a 4-hour or day pass* to get around, but quickly go to a ticket office in the Grand-Bornand ski area to report the incident.
Your card will be deactivated.
A new card can be issued to you for a replacement fee of €5 and can be used immediately.
In the event of loss or theft, the Grand-Bornand ski area cannot be held liable for any subsequent refund, even partial, for days used.
*Tickets purchased at the ticket office if you forget your LIB card cannot be transferred to your ski loyalty account.
R: If a payment is declined by your bank, your card and those of the people linked to your account will be automatically blocked.
They will be unblocked as soon as your ski days have been paid for. You can settle the payment from your customer account.
